Delete your Memora account

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Memora and go to Settings.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.

To also clear the notes on that phone, use Settings → Delete everything, or uninstall the app.

Without the app

Email smewritingagency@gmail.com from the Google address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my Memora account”. We confirm by replying to that address and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in (the account itself).
• Your backed-up promises, workspaces and settings.
• Your plan and monthly AI usage records.
• The records tying your Google Play purchases to the account.

What is kept, and for how long

• Server logs, which hold your account ID but none of your content, expire within 30 days.
• Google Play keeps its own records of your payments. A subscription is not cancelled when you delete your account. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
• Notes on your phone stay there until you use Delete everything or uninstall the app. We cannot reach them.

To delete only some data (a promise, a workspace) and keep your account, delete it in the app. It is then removed from your backup the next time the app syncs.
